The postpartum period is a special time. As you get to know your baby and become a parent, you will also be recovering from the physical changes of pregnancy and the itensity of labour and birth or cesarean surgery. For many new parents the postpartum becomes stressful and exhausting, but I want to support you to find ways to manage all the needs of your baby, your family and yourself. As a postpartum doula, my mission is to help you find your family's own new rhythm, so in the future you can remember these as days of calm, wonder, and love.
